Age Limit For SEBI Grade A Officer

A candidate must not have exceeded the age of 30 years as on February 29, 2020, i.e., the candidate must
have been born on or after March 01, 1990.

Age relaxation will be given as per govt. norms.

SEBI Grade A: Selection Process

Mode of selection shall be a three-stage process i.e. Phase I (on-line screening examination consisting of two papers of 100 marks each), Phase II (on-line examination consisting of two papers of 100 marks each) and Phase III (Interview).

How To Apply For SEBI Grade A 2020 ?

Step 1: Click on the link given below.
Step 2: Click on the Apply Link given on the page. A registration link will open up in the new window.
Step 3: Click on New Registration in the application window. Then click on the register button.
Step 4: Candidates need to provide personal credentials like name, parents’ name, date of birth, email id, mobile number etc.
Step 5: Click on the submit button to the completed online registration. All the candidates will be issued Registration ID. Then, log in with the provided Registration ID, date of birth and password to complete registration for SBI Clerk 2020
Step 6: In the next step, Photograph, Signature, Left Thumb Impression, and Handwriting declaration.
Step 7: After filling up the application form, candidates need to preview the application form once to verify the entire data entered
Step 8: Click on the Final Submit button after verifying the entire online application form.

SEBI Grade A 2020 Exam Officer Selection Process

The selection process will comprise of three-stages as discussed below.

Phase I: on-line screening examination consisting of two papers of 100 marks each
Phase II: on-line examination consisting of two papers of 100 marks each)
Phase III: Interview

The final selection of the candidates will be made on the marks secured by the candidate in Phase II and the interview.

As discussed above, the selection process will comprise of three stages. The Marking Scheme for SEBI Grade A Recruitment is discussed in detail below.

a) SEBI Grade A Officer Phase I Online Exam: This will have two papers of 100 marks each.

b) SEBI Grade A Officer Phase II Online Exam: This will have two papers of 100 marks each.

  • Candidates would need to secure separate cut-off in each paper as mentioned at (iv) above as well as
    aggregate cut-off marks of 40% in Phase II exam (weightage of 1/3rd for Paper 1 and 2/3rd for Paper 2)
    to be shortlisted for Phase III.

c) Interview

Candidates who clear Phase I and Phase II will be shortlisted for the interview. The candidate may opt for an interview either in Hindi or English. Weightage of marks obtained in Phase II will be 85%, while marks obtained in the interview shall be given a weightage of 15%. Thus, the final selection will be made on the basis of Phase II and the interview.
